Posts database model
Code-accurate property map
✅
Code is the source of truth for this section. The parser reads title/Name, slug, status, type, date, tags, category, series, author, summary, thumbnail/image/cover, and Pinned. Property lookup is case-insensitive, but keeping the template names avoids confusion.
- series is read as a Select value, not rich text.
- author is a Notion People property. Rich author profiles match by Notion user ID through the Authors data source people property.
- thumbnail, image, cover, or the page cover can be used as the card image. The app checks them in that order.
- Only Post and Page are supported types. Any other type value currently falls back to Post.

Duplicate the Notion template first: Duplicate the Notion-As-Blog Template. After duplicating, connect your own integration to the copied Posts and Authors databases, then use the copied data source IDs in your environment variables.
The Posts data source is the source of truth for public content. Each row controls one post or standalone page, and the page body becomes the article content.
